WARRANTY


The present ZAEDA Warranty describes our premium services (including jewelry polishing, care, repair) and applies to jewelry sold in Europe.

Every piece of gold jewelry is handcrafted in Romania in accordance with the international standards, using precious metals, natural diamonds and gemstones.

All our jewelries meet the highest quality standards, each piece being rigorously by checked ANPC before reaching to us.

Your ZAEDA jewelry is subject to a twenty-four (24) months warranty from the date of purchase. All transportation costs, insurance and packaging will be paid by the customer. We recommend that any shipment to us include certified delivery and insurance.

Each item is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. Any jewelry component found by our technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect within the Warranty period, will be repaired or replaced at ZAEDA’s sole discretion, free of charge.
Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge.

Your ZAEDA Limited Warranty does not cover loss, theft, notably:

  • Routine maintenance and cleaning, as well as the consequences of the normal wear and tear and ageing of the jewelry.
  • Defects and damages resulting from accident or misuse, or from negligence.
  • Defects and damages caused by improper use (dents, knocks, crush of the gem stones, etc.), alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or repairs, as well as services, works and repairs performed by anyone other than a ZAEDA Service Centre, or caused by the use of components and/or accessories other than those recommended;


In order to benefit from your ZAEDA Limited Warranty, you will be required to present the Warranty Certificate duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by ZAEDA Atelier. You are therefore required to retain your Guarantee Certificate with due care.

Only ZAEDA is entitled to provide guarantee services as defined herein. For more information, please contact us at the email address or phone number indicated on your Guarantee Certificate or in your sale documents.

This ZAEDA Guarantee does not affect any other rights you may have under the applicable national legislation. Such rights may vary from one country, state, province or territory to another.

All ZAEDA jewelry are made according to Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and their associated guarantees, and according to GO no. 21/1992
on consumer protection.


MAINTENANCE & CARE TIPS
In order to protect your treasured jewelry, maintain its beauty and keep them sparkling we recommend:

  • Yearly maintenance and metal polish recommended.
  • Avoid contact with chemicals, with the possibility that they can erode the metal.
  • Precious metal may lose its shine over time if it frequently comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salt water, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine or sulfur.
  • Do not wear jewelry during physical activities.
  • Wear jewelry inlaid with stones or pearls carefully, as their mount does not withstand mechanical shocks.
  • Keep the jewelry in the boxes received when the products are purchased or in other jewelry boxes.
  • Do not wear jewelry during domestic/raw activities or those where it is possible that it may come into contact with sulfur-containing substances.
