Shipping policy

  • Orders placed on the ZAEDA website will be delivered through FAN Courier service in Romania (if the shipping address is not an area covered by Fan Courier, additional taxes may be required which will be communicated further by phone call or email). The international shipping will be through DHL.
  • After placing the order you will receive the delivery confirmation and status on the e-mail address or your phone number. 
  • Delivery will be made within 24-48 hours of receipt confirmation (except Saturdays and Sundays).
  • Delivery of an order for products that are not in stock is a maximum of 20 working days (shipping days not included).
